Becoming mentally healthy is a personal journey often involving many different tools and treatments. It is not as simple as taking medication or seeing a therapist. It involves patience, hard work, and takes many years.

On Campus

We set up tables during freshman orientations at local college campuses. These tables remind students they are not alone, and that resources are readily available as they navigate this exciting yet challenging transition in their lives.

Hope For The Day

11% of our profit is donated to Hope For The Day (HFTD), a non profit movement empowering the conversation on proactive suicide prevention and mental health education. They provide education and challenge the stigmas surrounding mental illness.
