We feel that the message of mental health and wellness has been told from the same perspective for far too long, and we aim to offer a fresh, honest perspective—one that embraces the idea of being content within your daily struggles and recognizes that it’s not supposed to be easy. To us it's about learning to appreciate the fact you are alive despite your current challenges.
Becoming mentally healthy is not as simple as taking medication or seeing a therapist. It's a lot like learning and breaking past plateaus in hobbies. It is incredibly difficult and requires you to be fully invested in the progress. It involves patience, hard work and can take many years.
