Our Mission

We feel that the message of mental health has been told from the same perspective for far too long, and we aim to offer a fresh, honest perspective—one that focuses on taking control of your habits and recognizing that it’s not supposed to be easy. To us it's about learning to appreciate the fact you are alive and showing up, even when you don't want to.

Becoming mentally healthy is not as simple as taking medication or seeing a therapist. It's a lot like learning and breaking past plateaus in hobbies. It is incredibly difficult and requires you to be fully invested in the progress. It involves patience, hard work and can take many years.

Our mission is to change the way people view and approach mental health. We promise to start conversations, build connections, and support our community. We are happy to have you here and we thank you for your support.
